“Dilemma” is an R&B ballad that was recorded by American rapper, Nelly (featuring vocals by singer, Kelly Rowland). The lyrics within describe a man that’s infatuated with a woman who’s already in an existing relationship. The song’s chorus samples the melody from Patti LaBelle’s 1983 hit, “Love, Need and Want You”.

In 2003 (at Madison Square Garden) it was Grammy-nominated for “Record of the Year”, and won the award for “Best Rap/Sung Performance”.
