HAPPY BIRTHDAY NEIL YOUNG
Neil Young is a Canadian singer, songwriter, and musician who is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the history of rock music. He initially gained prominence (in the 1960s) as a member of Buffalo Springfield. He was also a part-time member of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young (with whom he recorded the chart-topping 1970 album, “Déjà vu”).
As a solo artist, some of his most well-known songs include “Heart of Gold”, “Old Man”, “Harvest Moon”, and today’s song choice (that can be listened to by clicking on the provided link). Aside from his multiple Grammy and Juno awards, Neil Young was twice inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Once as a solo artist and once as a member of Buffalo Springfield.

From the album, “Freedom”, here’s today’s birthday boy, NEIL YOUNG, with “ROCKIN’ IN THE FREE WORLD”….
