R.I.P. GREG KIHN

Greg Kihn was an American singer and musician, who founded the Greg Kihn Band back in 1976. His three biggest singles all placed within the Top 40 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

His first song (to break through) was called “The Breakup Song” which peaked at #15 (in the U.S.). They also had a track called “Lucky”, which reached the #30 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100. However, their biggest hit, “Jeopardy”, was released in 1983 and climbed all the way to the #2 spot in America.

On August 13th 2024, Gregory Stanley Kihn succumbed to complications of Alzheimer’s, and passed away while in San Francisco. He was 75 years old at the time of his death. In recognition of his contributions to the music industry, I would like to pay homage by including a song link to his biggest song. Released in January 1983, here’s the recently deceased GREG KIHN, with “JEOPARDY”…
