R.I.P. to CHARLIE WATTS!

Charlie Watts was a legendary drummer who was born in London, England on June 2nd, 1941. He is best remembered as a long-time member of the Rolling Stones. His drumming style, characterized by a jazz-influenced precision and minimalistic approach, played a crucial role in shaping the band’s sound.

He contributed to many of the Stones’ most iconic singles, including “Paint It Black”, “Sympathy for the Devil”, “Brown Sugar”, and today’s song choice (that can be listened to by clicking on the provided link).

On this very day, August 24th 2021, Charlie Watts died at a London hospital (with his family surrounding him). He was 80 years old at the time of his death.
